Volume
The total amount of an asset traded over a period, usually 24 hours.
Volume is how much of an asset has been traded in a given window — typically the last 24 hours. High volume signals strong interest and usually better liquidity.
Sudden volume spikes often accompany big news or price moves, while persistently low volume can be a sign of a thin, riskier market.
